Ok, so does anyone offer a rain guarantee whilst cleaning trad?

yeah I guarentee that if they complain when I have to clean their windows in rain , then they should find somone else who will turn up only when it is sunny and when they feel like it !  ;)

best advice that I have is you are providing a valuable service , and if the customer objects to you having to clean in rain now and then to make ends meet then they dont appreciate you !  Find another customer who empathises when times are bad .

Actually that is very fair comment.
