Title: how many customers?
Post by: tompoole on January 17, 2008, 05:57:56 pm
HI

Cleaning the traditional way and assuming the customers are average 3bed to five bed houses , how many customers does the average window cleaner have. Just a round figure. You don't to let me know exactly just a ball part figure.  I recon 100 / 200 and i'll be making a good living,

Cheers

Tom

200 at average £10 every 4 weeks, so 10 houses per day 5 days a week 2grand every 4 weeks i think would be about right

I have 120 customers at average of 7.50 per clean.

Mostly every 4 weeks.

**Edit** 26/4/2008 I now have 135 :)

I only have 75, but then I dont start before 10.00am and rarely work after 1.00pm. So its rather down to how much cash you need.

I am aiming for 200 - 240 with a bit higher average all on a 4 week cycle
I am getting there and am getting to my break even period which is nice
hope it goes well

it all depends what you charge  4 houses at £25 =£100  20 houses at £5 = £100 10 houses at £10 = £100  its all to do with the prices mate as to how many houses you would need and what you are happy with earning .

I run with a 8 weekly cycle and about 300 customers would be a nice living but it is all about the charged price and time taken...

Personally 330 ac would make life very sweet for me...at my current average's.

Cheers
Dave.
