i have a job that needs doing 3x per week mon wed fri will george tell me the job and say i print work out for monday it will tell me to do that job on monday or will i have to input it into george 3x say to do monday wed fri

i have never tried it but you can tell george how often you wish to do a job daily/weekly/monthly and pick which days so i would say it would come up on the day you print off but only need to input  job info the once

the frequencies that george allows you are:

once only
daily
weekly
monthly
yearly
month week 1&3
month week 2&4

so I suppose you would have to enter it as a once only job and at the end of the day change when its due again in the due dates bit?

Never tried it so dont quote me on that mate  ;)

ive just tried it on the free version it asks frequency so i put weekly then it asks which day so i put mon wed fri it dose it but when i printed invoice off it printed the job dates but in the cost it give me xx amount every time i had cleaned it  but the xxx amount is how much i charge weekly not per clean as i charged it weekly not per clean any advise if you can understand what i mean

yes understand what you mean but i dont think you can , unless you show it as 3 different jobs or you will have to show it as a daily charge 3 x £xx to get your weekly total , i may be wrong as george is on the other pc

ok like i said playing with george free one at the moment how do you delete a job which i maid up

You need to delete the history of the made up job then go to amend details and a box will appear that says delete this job

Hi

You can enter it once and tell George which days you want to do it - but you must enter a price per clean, it doesn't handle a weekly price.
