i dont know much anbout this at all can you help whats the do,s and dont,s here is the email i got
I have a kelim measuring

Bill, price wise it is so small you should just charge whatever your minimum is. Each to their own but £35 is just way to cheep and not worth taking on. By the time you go to pick it up, bring it home to clean it and then take it back I wouldnt do it for less than £100.
Anyway, Kilims are a bit of a pig to clean results wise. I say this as they just dont clean that well.
They are usually multi-coloured and all out of shape. Not as bad as a needle point but still out of shape. Chances are you will change the shape again but this is normal and not worth worrying about.
They are such a short flat weave that you should be able to remove all dry soil by air or beating or however you de-dust your rugs.
They will take flooding so clean it that way and you should be fine.

£100 would you not be able to buy one new for that much,i didnt realise they cost so much .i was going to use "one clean" would that be ok.

Bill, I have no idea what one clean is but if it is for wool then it will be fine.
