I am guessing this is only happening till problems are ironed out but if i search my own postcode another person comes up before me even though he is not at the same post code and i know full well he has not paid.

that to me said dont.

but i do look alot on their if thast changes then I may think about it.

Hi Ian

Sorry I've only just found this topic and seen your comment. What is the postcode you're referring to? I'm obviously keen to look into it as no-one else has mentioned it.

Thanks

Mike

Hi Ian

Just had a look at that and I think I've worked out what's wrong. Your postcode isn't formatted properly - it doesn't have a space in it. I'll get it changed for you tomorrow and then we'll check again.

Regards

Mike

Hi Mike,

I have had a nice little job (domestic) come from the spick and span directory, which I was quite pleased with.

Just one thing, why have you let one of my competitors sign up three times in the same section?

Hi

Whenever someone signs up we check the postcode and phone number for duplicates before it's authorised so I can't understand why there would be more than one listed but if you can let me have the postcode you're referring to I'll get it checked out. We have had several occassions where the same company tries to re-register time and again but I thought we always spotted them. If you don't want to post the details here please email me.

I'm glad you've got something from it and, with the forthcoming promotion we have planned, I'm sure you'll find it goes from strength to strength.

Regards

Mike

Sorry Ian,

It completely slipped my mind. I'll get onto it on Monday

Mike

Is there any chance we can have receipts for the paid listings, just to kept the taxman happy.

Hi William

If you log in to your account on spick and span using your email and password you can download all the invoices in pdf format.
