Hi all
been a wc now for about a year and think its time to get a van as my car is taking a beating, but im not sure if its best to buy a van or lease one, what do you guys think?

I returned a leased vehicle in december and I'm picking up my new one that I am buying Friday.
Not impressed with leasing, you are just paying a middle man. Good deals to buy at the moment if you talk to the main agents. Don't go by figures on websites or RRPs.
I got £3,800 discount plus free aircon, electric windows and central locking. Plus I get to choose which colour, model, engine size, extras I want.
With leasing you often just get what they have in, very little choice. A lot of lease vans on offer are grey imports from Holland or Belgium.

best thing to do is ask the taxman, he'll tell you the ins and outs

How did you get such a good deal, were they offering it or did you have to haggle?

Toyota are doing there deal till end march.
Approx £9750 + vat inc. bulkhead + poss. discount or free on ply lining.
That is a cracking deal & a cracking van.
I have an 03 almost 5 years old with tucker system in & running cost are low 4 tyres in 5 years + servicing. that is realy low compared to some manufacturers.
My toyota is still running well, & we are looking to sell a 54 scudo & get another toyota soon because of how well it runs.

No, I just went in and asked for a quote, didn't even know a deal was on the cards. Once I got the figures it was a done deal.
