Title: DP Printers
Post by: dan roberts on January 13, 2008, 09:28:18 pm
Hi, Just going through the various stages of getting my leaflets printed with DP Printers Hull, I called them the other day and was impressed with the knowledge of cc trade, obv. due to high level of cc operators using them, but the prices seem very very cheap, are the leaflets good value and impressive? I mean 10,000 double sided colur gloss etc for £139?
Any comments gladly recieved

Dan

Mark has members of his family who have carpet cleaning business and he mates are carpet cleaners ( me included) so he has a big knowledge of the industry.

his prices are good ( but printcarrier are cheaper) so trust him he an OK guy.

some have had problems with delivery but he's only human so sometimes makes mistakes, but not often.

I've just had some leaflets done for my database customers and they are not just well done but ontime and well designed.

Delivery wasn't the main problem, the fact that I was blatently lied to for several weeks and wasted time waiting for them being dellivered when they hadn't even been printed was what wound me up, along with the fact that Mark ended up getting a young lad to answer his mobile and make excuses for him, the business cards I dd recieve were printed wrong despite me supplying him with the correct proof and again after a delay, rule number 1, dont lie to your customers  :-X

I can't say anything bad about them because I haven't had a bad experience with them, obviously the question was asked and you see both sides of the coin, but I got my latest delivery Thursday had a look at the quality I haven't counted them but I will do as I will know how many go into envelopes to my customers but if it's like past encounters I feel safe.

Congratulations, you won the lucky lottery, but then living close enough to be able to pop in means your less likely to be messed around  doesnt it  :P
