I am thinking of selling a round in warrington, terraced houses £4.00 each

 2 men do this work in 4 & half hours.

£230.00 per fortnight, been cleaned past 18 years.

£2300.00, no offers

No problem alister,

i wont accept less, that what going rate is for fortnightly work, x5 for monthly.

I will advertise it in federation office when im in stockport at end of week.

Im in no rush & it will sell i have no worrys at all,

Hi Speedliner,

Im sure you will, its only that I try to do all my work by WFP on a 4 weekly cycle and would be worried about the amount of fall off I would get!

Out of interest what area of Warrington is it in and how compact is it?

Also is that the only work you have in Warrington that your selling?

yes its only work im prepared to sell at moment in warrington.

As for compact, i only have compact work, 5 streets all together, all terraced.
