Not too sure how they work, but worth a look at and there cheap too. There are some adjustable ones at the end and a multipack with different ones, Luke

Hello Luke,
 Happy New year  :)
Its a good site and pics Yes those where the ones  I was using some time ago, they are good and you will have a lot of fun with them ?
one of the problems is that they screw st.  into your 4mm tubing and if you use a high pressure system they may blow off but it dependsw on the micro hose, I suggest taking of the caps(colour coded)  to allow the water to jet instead of spraying.
Its all on the diy site.  ;)
You have been quiet, hope your earning now you have gone wfp.

do you all just use a straight jet or does anyone use a jet which has a fan spray?

I've got 2 poles with fan sprays, really good and much faster to use on beading glass but its all personal preference

Hi Alan,  how many fans do you use, over or through the brush and do you rinse on or off ?

through the brush and normally I rinse on although big panes that bead I rinse off, thats where the fan sprays come into their own.

2 fans per brush

So on hphobic you rinse off to get a water curtain and on sheeting glass you go through the brush and it doesnt make much diff whether its a fan or jet.
Do you find when rinsing off that theres much overspray ?

On the subject of jets, when you buy a brush it comes with jets already fitted but about three months ago I bought a brush fom a well known supplier and the jets were like nothing I had seen before, much smaller and appeared to be glued in.

I wasn't very happy with those jets so I had to drill them out and fitted the 1.5 jets from Cleantech. So much better, but I had to Araldite them in because I also had to enlarge the holes to 8mm.

Isn't it about time we had an industry wide standard fitting for jets?

I didn't mean different size jets I meant why don't all the different manufacturers use the same fitting so that you could change jets or swap them from one brush to another. At the moment everybody seems to make their own jets and they are not interchangable.

Ahh yes, the writtenword often gets missunderstood on forums.
But maybe its a bit like asking the vehicle manuf. to produce the same size wheels then we would all have cheap tyres  :)
