Title: CIS INLAND REVENUE

Does anybody here get paid from the sub contractors by the way of cis. Got a real problem with claiming it back from the inlnad revenue at the moment they owe me 3k plus but have a major issue with the computer systems anyone else having the same issues?

Is that 3k the amount you have paid in tax on earnings from sub contractors ?

3k ive had deducted for work ive done. where ive invoiced the company

Normally you wouldn't be able to 'claim' it all back, as the earnings are taxable. However, paying tax at 20%, would probably mean you will have overpaid. You could be due a rebate, ask your accountant.
