Hi

This is a term i have noticed some CC use & one of the Big supermarkets (can't remember which) has just started using it.

Does it mean anthing to potential customers.

I have noticed it too.

It's a bit like when someone says 'to tell the truth', I immediately think , well do you usually lie then !
