Hi,

What programme do you use to store customers details on?  Im not so good with pcs but need something thats easy to use and can maybe print address labels off with?   :-\

xcel spreadhseet, so you can do mail merges for letters and labels, I also log % of quotes that become jobs and also av value of jobs.

Act 2002 its better than the current version, and I also use a CRM called goldmine, for corporate clients.
Both exelent packages in them selfs for different things though.
Used access and hate it, Exel, is exelent for mailings, but limited as you cant put notes and attatchemts on it.

Oh yes you can, right click on a cell, click "insert comment".
