hi slb,
i would love to have an opportunity to quote to sand the floor and give you a head start on the up keep, but as you have only started the ncontract this is what you have to do,
clean the floor properly witha degreaser and then neutralize it. then apply johnsond liquid wax with a mop, leave to dry, then buff it with brown pad, you will need a box of five as they will get dirty, if required to get a more shine apply more and buff again, this system will need regular buffing to keep the shine on.
good luck, and if they wantb it sanding give us a bell. ;D
thanx jonny

Do not soak a wood floor when cleaning, if you are going to scrub it make sure you do small areas at a time and all of the water is taken up by the scrubber dryer or wet vac.

this system will need regular buffing to keep the shine on?
One time every two weeks or every month?
Thanks

hi, depending on traffic, it may need it every month or every two month, even the busiest pub wont need it every two weeks.
thanx jonny

Think gum will now be a bigger issue if it wasn’t before.

WHY?
Thanks

i think he refers to people chewing gum more instead of going out side to smoke in the pouring rain.
