Hi ALL   
          DOES ANYONE WORK IN THE RAIN,  I DON`T LIKE TO BUT IF I DON`T I FALL BEHIND WITH THE WEEKS WORK.   THEN IT`S A KNOCK ON. I GET A LOT OF COMMENTS .  WHEN DO YOU CALL IT A DAY AND GO HOME      MICHAEL D

hi
working in the rain is something i have to do.
just get the right rain gear and crack on with it.
some people do moan but i tell them it is the only way i can be reliable. also offer a rain guaranty

get some nice warm waterproof gear like the strauss uniform, and its fine, i do and i dont get cold or wet, only thing is you get the rain shooting in your eyes when looking up wfping the upstairs windows, but thats ok

had to add this, we clean domestic and commercial in the rain not just commercial.

When you say you get lots of comments....I'm assuming you mean coz you worked in the rain or is it coz you are behind with your work and the custys comment about you being late?

You have a choice. Work in the rain-make some money and maybe lose a customer or 2 if they get funny about it. OR Stay home and earn nothing. You decide ;D

I will work in the rain but if it is really windy and rainy I stay at home as the wind can cause probs, wfp that is. 
If customers complain about it, I point out that the rain wont clean off bird poo, spiders webs etc etc .

Working in the rain is a touchy subject some do it some dont
Personally i dont like doing it and if i am on time with my work i will leave it but when needs must i will work in light rain and if i get any comments i offer to reclean but have not been taken up on this

Rain?  That's for cissies.  I worked in snow last week.   ;D

Exactly my thinking.  The small amount of work I might lose is more than compensated for by the extra income.
