Title: go careful with handling your poles!

Just before xmas im busily working away and as im walking away rom the first job i swing pole down (fully extended @20 foot) and catch the leaded porch window, crunch so beware.

glass mate! luckily the custy was good as gold and he said that he will put it through his insurance and say it was a diy accident
