Does anyone have a template that I can sent to customers that pretend they are not in for the billionth time, I'm getting fed up with one person, that hasn't paid for aaaages.
Since English isn't my first language (Dutch is) I'm finding it hard to formulate a 'if you don't pay letter now'.
Thanks a bunch.

i had a bit of a purge on late payers early dec and got most of them ( and promptly dropped most of them ) , however there are still a hanfull still owing / not answering door etc , so i to could do with a copy of a letter requesting immed payment before passing on to a debt collection agency etc ( but worded more proffessionally )
im not loosing any sleep over it , just peeeed off a bit , although i know it can be an occupational hazard !
example : one lady had been paying by chq , then stopped , after 3 cleans i finally caught her in and just as she was about to pay , she said , she had been getting the your windows have been cleaned slips , the windows did look clean , but how did she know that we really had cleaned them ! ? and closed the door on me !!!!!

What? Oh that's nuts. lol
I'd knock again, and accidently keep knocking as she opened the door. (just kidding ofcourse)

Lloyd and I work in roughly the same area. All the bad customers that he has just dropped will probably end up getting leafletted or canvassed by me and they will end up as my non paying customers. (groan)
Bad customers don't go away they just get re-cycled !
