Just listened to an hour and its dead boring.
I heard the same stuff 15 years ago in retail management, bits can be helpul, but a little hairy fairy for me,I turned it off when he got to the S M A  R T objectives  ::).

I did start but could not spare two hours.

Will save onto MP3 and listen in bitesize bits.

Most of you have the tea shirt but you had to get the tea shirt once.

Like Paul as an ex chain Store Manager and Direct Sales I have had this stuff burned on my bum I think a reminder evey now and the is worthwhile.

But you do need Motivation and have an inner self like Rob has to acheive.
