Title: Ministry of silly walks

A friend sent me this link.  I have no sound on my computer.  Is this a window cleaner larking about or is he recovering from an injury or something?  I'm wondering if there is any sound that will reveal what's going on.

It worked for me and its just stupid maybe without sound its better  :-\

So there was no commentary about window cleaning injury or anything like that.
I just found it hard to believe that someone would do that just to look like an idiot and thought there might be something behind it.
I must sort out the sound on this PC.
