Title: Established round for sale

Established round for sale in Hampshire.
(Solent area)

Value of domestic work is approx £3400,
Value of commercial work is approx £200.

I pull in around 3k per month from this work, normally more.
all the work has been done by myself for (in some cases) up to 5 years.
Around 95% is done using wfp, whilst the rest is still trad.

The work is in the areas of Gosport, Lee on Solent, Stubbington, Hill Head and Fareham.

All the work will be written up and ready to go by the end of the week.
The work will continue to be done as normal until a sale is complete.
Also, letters will be sent out to all customers explaining the change of service provider.

£6k is the asking price.

Reason for sale is that its time for a change, have been on my own now for almost 7 years and have been made a really good offer that i feel i should take.
