My renewal just came through for £2m of liability cover for £95.60 incl insurance tax.

My broker found me a better deal this year, but when I got the policy it excluded 'property being worked on' and also roofs used to access windows. I wanted complete cover so re-instated my old policy. More money but better cover. Being trad this is important.

Sounds cheaper than most I think so maybe check the small print. At that price it ought not cover the item being worked on (usually glass).

They reckon you know what you are doing, so if you break a window you are not covered. If you fall through the window break the 28 mile wide plasma tv costing the earth, you are :)
