Title: Yellow Pages AGAIN- 10 monthly Payments

Usual thing , Had the rep round, agreed in principle and was promised the Art work by XMAS.
Hadn't arrived by Friday so I chased and was informed that no action had been tken by them as I hadn't completed a pre contract Information form AND wait for it a Credit agreement  even though no advert has been agreed 
These forms show no prices but appear to contain clauses that YELL can change the interest charge currently ZERO by giving  28 days notice. They also reserve the right to make other charges.
On the back of one form it refers to 12 monthly Payments and on the other 10
Is this new policy? and what are the dangers
I need to maintain an ad in the directory and will probaly take the 10% saving option by paying in one go .

I agree, you don't need Y-Pages, invest in your web development.  ;)
