Title: commercial letter

i have wrote a letter to try and get a fooy into the commercial market . but who do you think i should put on the envelope  accounts,maintenance ???

i would think it depends on the content of the letter and what services you are providing i.e  if you are offering window cleaning only    probably  if it's going to an office the office manager if you offer more services and they are larger probably send it f.a.o. property facilities manager

I would say the building manager or facilities manager as they will deal with all out sorced services....
