Have been asked to clean a red, wool carpet, there is a stain where the customer has tried to remove dog urine with warm water and washing up liquid. round the fireplace the carpet looks to have faded, its not a patch, it follows the line of the carpet gripper she asked me if anything could be done to remove it, its quite a new carpet, i said i would seek proffesional advice, would really appreciate some advive thanks.

Hi
Put into writing to your client that it will be very unlikelly that the stain will be removed.
You must always cover yourself. If you have digital camera/phone take pic also.
''you will treat it, but may not be able to remove it''
