Hi Simon

My web design daughter suggest the following:

1. 5 different fonts on one page is difficult to appreciate.
2. Bullet points should be in a straight line, not centred
3. 2 different font colours?
4. Capital letters are associated with SHOUTING, great for forums not always for websites.
5.You are Swindons Window Cleaner but advertise carpet and vehicle cleaning, maybe a mixed message...although these are extra services maybe they should be under a separate section about other services on offer.

I agree there are tooooo many fonts on the page.

I would put my phone number on the front page as well :)

No offense mate, but I think its a bit rubbish.

No images, and annoying blue text.  Not enough info, only 3 links, and 2 of them are for the same thing (contact) I dont think many customers will warm to it at all.

Sorry, you did ask for opinions.  I think you can do better

Mike

thanks jampot
we are technophobic  so we are learning .
if we had no ideas we could not learn from them
if you make no mistakes how do you learn ?
you ask the questions for the advent of learning from others you have greater experience than you
you should learn something new everyday
thanks for the comments

I think diffrent colour text would be better for because your banner is also blue.

Pictures are a must i think!

Simon, your old site was better is my honest opinion, the fonts as said before are quite eye boggling, pic of clouds just looks like you stuck it in there because you could. One thing though it is better to have something than nothing so you are taking the right steps  ;)

Down the left hand side where the blank bit is i'd put a few pictures of what you do. A picture speaks a thousand words.

Put your contact numbers on the homepage.

I do like the clock ticking on the side. I saw another website with the days local weather forecast on a couple of lines and i thought that was a nice touch as well.
