Point being that customers don't just hide behind the sofa when Doctor Who is on, they do it to avoid paying for the cleaning!

damn right ;) i once went to collect from a bloke had called couple of days before and thought someone was in even tho no one answers any way this time ring bell no reply but i can see tv on in front room but no lights on so this time knock loudly still no answer ??? look in front room window and just as i do the screen on the telly goes blue (sky tv ) and i can now see reflection of man on floor at end of sofa ::) ::) sad really but there you go takes all sorts

That is sad, he was watching a blue film , however, so maybe he just wanted a minute to get rid of his stiffy?  I'd have gone back five minutes later and tried again.

i've oly done it once and she weren't really a bad payer but i had been a couple of times and not home, though a light was on.
I went back just before 10pm. She wasn't happy and nor was i but i got my money and she got the point.
Didn't lose her either.
