Title: sebo bs36 hissing????

my new sebo has started hissing from the front hole situated on the bottom of the handle, just above the sebo sign (at the indent) anyone have any ideas? the suction seens to have dropped of a bit also. bag is ok, and when you cover the hole the full light comes on.

Blockage in pipe somewhere  ;)
Normally occurs on kink in removable lance ............ take off machine and put something straight through to dislodge blockage ............. you will then have working vacuum to clear up the mess  ;D
