Title: A fair days pay for a fair days work?

Just wondering how much you lot pay employees / operatives per hour, per day or % and the thinking and experience of what you find best.

% is the only thing that will get them out of bed mate trust me,forget fixed pay or day rates they become like time bombs waiting to tell you that there off.Bonus on work completion over the course of the month is an incentive.

What sort of percentage works for you and them?

I had 1 guy that worked for me and i paid him 50% of what he did + work completion bonus.With fuel running a vehicle etc any higher than that and your pushing the profit boundaries.

If you have good work they will still earn very good money.

NWH,,,was he using wfp or doing trad when you had him working?  8)

He was working trad only.
