Just gettin into this side of business to supplement my window cleaning business and a friend of mine says her hubby wants to sell a commercial cleaning contract which brings in £700 per month at a local factory. He is ringing me to discuss tommorow. I have no idea really what to ask or what is a reasonable price to agree if I am going to buy it.
I guess I need to know if the job is staffed, and what they are paid. I think he is selling cos he cant staff the job. I would guess that I should visit the site with him and speak to the owners about a change of contractor?
Window rounds normally sell for 3x monthly value. Is this the same ball game?
Any advice out there from anyone would be much appreciated.
Cheers John.
