That's one reason when I get a pda it'll be a Windows one.
Everything will be compatible with it.

Asus eee mini lap top running windows http://eeepc.asus.com/us/product.htm
With a George accounts package http://www.georgesystems.co.uk/ Linked to a printer in the vehicle means I can print instant invoices and dont bring work home.

George will work with a palm but not with a windows based PDA, I wanted to run george from my PDA but its incompatable and george has no plans to create it because of some issues with microsoft software that keeps changing.

There's plenty of other good programs about anyway.
I'll be getting a windows operating PDA, as they're the most common and have the most software, just like windows on a PC rather than Mac.

George doesn't have any issues with Vista.

It's the Palm hotsync drivers, you are stuck with 32-bit hotsync USB drivers. 64bit drivers aren't available yet. So if you want Vista, run Vista 32bit. That will work.

You can use a Palm with wireless or bluetooth in 64bit, that apparantly works.

Squeaky, if you use a PDA it has excel on it, so I just use that, I come home and sync it with my pc and it does that by just sitting it into the  cradle all automatically,  I see windowcleaning resources has a very good version of excel for w/c for £10
The PDA is very good and I recommend them.
