The baffles prevent water sloshing too much, Luke

So you should have a bit spare at the end of the day then, because I usually am quite low after a day of 2 guys. But we can fill up if we need to ( only needed to twice ) because the tds around here is 20-40, Luke

I usually have about 100-150 left at the end of the day! Which between 2 guys is really good! When I started though I really drenched the windows. Now I've learnt to control the flow well,Luke

I have a custom built tank with internal baffles that not only add structural strength to the tank but also divide the tank into 12 sections.

Two of the holes (top and bottom) on the left have a sight gauge fitted between them!

Anything is possible with a custom tank. If you provide an exact drawing of what you want with outlet position/gauge position/lid position we can work out an exact quote for you.

It`s just 2x 250`s butted against each other in an essentially pure frame.

Why would anyone have an unbaffled tank? Unless it was not a tank designed to go in a vehicle.

There is an old Irish bloke who I often see round my way cleaning wheelie bins. He has the worst Transit van I have ever seen and carries his water in four of those blue plastic barrels in the back unsecured.

I have seen a bin cleaner doing the same with what looked like 2 1000l ibs, thought nothing of it at the time. Thinking about it now  :o
