I think you maybe should think of the data protection act before doing this ;)
You may well end up in hot water as well as not getting your payments, best thing to do is learn from it and forget about the non payment or take them to SCC.
Advertise there address's online is a bad move emailing again bad move

You are safe from data protection if you don't mention the name. You can verbally tell some one what ever about some body else as well.
