A good looking site - but they clearly know little about carpet cleaning.

The impression given is of general cleaners who have at some time 'had a go' at carpets, failed miserably and never took the trouble to learn how to do the job properly. Resultantly they assume that since they are 'professional cleaners' they must have achieved as much as is possible - hence their jaundiced view of what can be achieved.
