Thanks to advice on the forum, i upgraded to t/m, put up my prices and took on my brother full time so i could concentrate on marketing more.

All in all been a very good year and we are planning to buy another t/m in 2008.

Cheers all, best wishes to all for 2008.

Trying to work smarter, not harder.

Turnover down £5k

Net profit, and hence tax, still the same.

Safe and happy Christmas :)
Ken

PS I did have 7 weeks holiday though, and the wet season stopped the phone ringing, but I'm happy with the results :)

darren O

Take all talk on here bout money with a pinch of salt.

Take the prices most people are quoting on here and take at least 25%pc off!!

Oh don't you just love human nature!!

Hi all,

Upgraded to t/m late this year due to heavy work loads, expect investment to pay off itself in a short time!

Hope to grow bigger and better next year, same for you all ;D

All the best,
Jas.
