Why have the Sponsors decided to take up so much advertising space on the forum?
Shame really, we're all going to get faced with stick-ons of these huge plastic objects that 99% won't need or buy.
I guess that's why one has a website/forum
1% could make it worth it!

Save 20%, PJ! Buy her indoors a couple!
YEs, they have pushed the forum down a bit and now I have to scroll to see if there's any new posts in the bottom bit.
A pain the rear, my dear.

I think it's good, adds a bit of colour. If your not in the market to buy anything on offer you just ignore it.
Most of the free sites on the Internet have advertising banners, so why shouldn't there be any on here.

Yes, mostly on people's bloody avatars, except I'm not selling angle grinders!

You can put your own avatar file in if you like, in your profile settings.

its no biggie really is it, do we have to pay to be here?? no, so it is , what pays for it really isnt it dont you think??

I put the ad's at the bottom of the page on my forums,............
-
There's already one at the bottom of this page!
Anyway, I blank them out. It's easy really, as you train yourself to recognise the regular stuff and just don't even look at the ads. Don't you do this with newspaers? You know not to look at X pages becuse sumbliminally you know it's full of rubbish. Same with junk mail/circular/flyers for window cleaners - you recognise them for what they are and bin them.

because it costs money to have this forum open for us, and to make money on adds or to make more money for selling there items is only fair IMO

Will anyone own up to haveing bought a srcrubber dryer or whatever they are?
-
I'll own up to having one (and its a hot water pressure washer), I have also owned a powermax ;D...people do buy these items, and the discounts are very good.
Obviously, they want to attract sales....personally, I have no problem with it, as Rosy has already commented, I forget they are even there.... :P
