Title: Alex,question about your SL2
Post by: clean on December 19, 2007, 04:10:53 pm
Hi Alex, just wondering if you have ever put together just the butt sections of your SL2,lets say about 9 or 10 to see how rigid and how they feel weight wise compared to using the taperd sections,a bit like the Unger modular pole by using sections that are all the same,if you have not tried it yet would it be at all possible to try this and let me know, cheers  ;)

Yes you can and I have tried it. It is not as stiff (or as light) as the the standard set-up, but it can be done.

Where is the pole hose on these SL2? Inside or outside the pole?

Outside hose.

This allows for very rapid addition and removal of sections whilst in use.

We have looked at various options to have internal hose and none of them would work as well as external hose with stretchy Velcro straps.
