Hi
Just wondered how much i should charge for a once a week office cleaning job. They want three hours. I thought £40, does this sound too much?
thanks

Sounds ok to me

If you are doing it for yourself then that sound ok, if you intend to get someone else to do it for you i would add a touch more.

That sounds rite
Try for an initial deep clean and say this will be the standard yourself or your cleaner will maintain. And charge per visit not hourly. We have weekly jobs and I clean them myself and earn good money but if we were charging hourly I don’t think it would work. One job we charge £35.00 takes me 40 minutes and that is to a good standard I just work fast. And they are very happy 3 years in not one complaint. ;D

I quoted for the three hours they wanted but know that two of us could do it in under an hour ! which makes it great money. Competition in our area is fierce and im thinking i could have quoted £30, oh well too late now!

hi there
a once a week clean isnt the brilliant contract that you want, you clean the office say on a monday, and then they have five days use. the of cleanliness to dirtiness is a roller coaster.
if you illustrate the effect a two day clean and the diference it makes to how clean there offices will stay.
then the cost of the two day service is competitiive.
i always used to hike a one day price up, and then sell the two day
