Help please - As part of a big job on Monday I have been asked to clean a modern, white, pure wool rug, but the tufts are about an inch deep and an inch wide. Can I HWE this as I have no other method. Also, the customer pointed out that some of the tufts come out with use, but accepts the risks.
I am more concerned with with my ability to do a deep clean on this rug, bearing in mind its thickness and also drying times (she needs it dry within 2 days). I do not posess an air mover.
Thanks in advance.
