Title: garage unit

hi all, been to look at a uint today . the new owner wants it cleaning for himself to use. the walls and floor are drity and there is oil on the floor. am thinking of using a hot water power washer to clean this. is these ok.

Hi Mark

Steam should do the trick on the walls and the floor, but the oil may not go unless you add some oil remover - depends on how old it is.
