Title: Digital Varistream Controller

Hi,

It looks like I need a new Varistream controller.

Has anyone got the digital one? If so, are they any good?

i havent got 1 but thery do look good. i would be great if there was a remote control so you could turn it up and down  ;D ;D

I had the very first Varistreams, and placed the order months before they went into production. And made the forums aware of this new product.

So how much well, that would be telling. ;D

I think I might have to order one soon as well... I just had to bodge-fix my current one.

When speaking with Martin today, he told me that instead of having to open the cover and turn the blue dial inside to set the cut off of the pump. You now only have to press and hold the minus and plus buttons and the display alters, so you can adjust the shut off pressure of the pump, without opening the unit.

He also said this is because people use different size hose and the back presure is different

Yep, bought that one aswell, haven't fitted the system yet, not for some time. So I can't comment on it. I'm positive on Roy Hardings comment, that you can press those little buttons. That's great.

Hm, they are a bit dearer then that though, I suppose it's up to the individual retailer aswell?
