hi guys what setting is your varistream on i mean both the black frount and inside blue dial on?

G inside and about 3/4 outside.

On the outside dial i have mine at just past 10 o`clock and the blue dial has been moved a couple of notches anti clockwise,get some minibore you`ll find you`ll have no more problems.Varistreams love shurflo pumps and so do i cos you can`t hear them.

same here,about 10  o/clock    inside no idea,never checked,seems to work alright on the setting it was on when i bought it

The setting will vary with every different set up. It will depend on hose diameter and length, amount you have on the reel, pump used. so many different factors come into the equation.
I would say the best setting is one that allows you to squirt a jet of water 3 to 3 and a half feet before it drops, a little more on really dirty windows. Dai

well i have a 100psi shureflo pump with 100m microbore hose set at about 11 on the dial

I turned the blue dial up 2 notches, outside dial usually around 11 o clock.  Often running 150m minibore.  No probs

Theres a dial on the inside?? Well I didnt know that... but the dial on the outside of mine is normally at about 11 oclock, 12 if its a first clean.
