Anyone clean show home windows for national builders,whats your average price per house

dont they tell you what theyre gonna pay? used to do some a while ago that were great every 2 weeks, good money they were, not for national builders mind

I wouldn't charge any less for a showhome than I would for a normal house,... maybe more! I did one this week and charged €250 + Vat just for the windows in and out!  ;D ;D ;D

100% serious.
Big showhome, and not cleaned in a while. I told them it'd be a big price the first time,.. I'll prob quote €150 +VAT if they want it done monthly from now on.

if we tried to charge £250 to clean windows on a show we would have none to clean

what you wanna know i do work for laings wimpey & st james homes on a regular basis

Showhouses i charge 25-30% more then normal as few issues to take into account

250 Euros   not £250 pounds makes a difference ;)

Nearly as much again for the house clean!!!

They wanted gardening done too,.. but they said my quote was too high.  :'( :'(
