hi there

that comes up at about 40,000 sq ft i would expect they want the steels doing aswell.

what height to the eaves?

general access  ??

cherry pickers, scissor lifts and towers most probably required.

any other trades on site

we would look at a total quote for the job, as if all areas arent ready then you will incur further costs for transport of plant etc.

also depends on the timetable.

when we do these, we work on a three day progamme,

ball park £8-£10k + VAT
