how much would u pay a lad of 22 years old been doing window cleaning for six years. he has his own van, own water fed pole system and all other equipment. he can manage on average £200 a day.

sounds to me like he doesnt need to earn from you hes doing ok on his own!

he's been working for me for 3 years. i just wont to know im paying him enough

If he has his own van and equipment are you just providing him with the work?

I would therefore suggest £120 per day and perhaps a reeduced rate for holidays?

depending on what you pay already i would suggest a performance related wage ,ie pay him 60 percent of what he earns and you keep 40?!?

i dont pay him holiday pay he kind of rents the round of me. i just do commercial now and he does all my domestic work.

Yeah i think this is the best way! When i used to work for some1 window cleaning this is what i was on. The more work i dont the more money i got!

On that basis at least £120 for every £200 done

i did do alot of work for final flick we had to wait for months for are money but i got it all in th end. i wont be using them again
