Picking up quite a lot a steady trickle of work each week this month from word of mouth. Lost the chance to have double what i have gain because some 75% of customers don't know how to get hold of me when some one asks them.
This is after i gave them a leaflet with my number when changed to wfp in march. That was recycled. Recently handed out rain guarantee leaflet with number on. That too was recycled. Also everyone is given a business card on first visit. There placed with other cards and just get chucked out over time.
So this xmas i have enclosed in the xmas cards a fridge magnet with my numbers & we clean in the rain guarantee. Hope this works!
