Too short,... you have to remember that these poles taper, and the top 2 or 3 sections are discarder because they are too weak. Try a 9mtr pole to make an 18' - 20' pole or a 10 mtr to make a 24' pole.

He has NEW 10mtr poles going on sale Monday which have a thicker wall and higher carbon content, so hopefully not as whippy as the old "spirit of the air" poles the used to sell.

I've made a few of these poles, and they really can't be beat for domestic work.
