Hi Tony

The big job is penciled in for the 17th and 18th of December 2008 (Mon and
Tue) so can you do the job with me on those days? I have to ring him the
week before to make sure so apologies if you pencil it in and it falls thru
but I am pretty sure it will be ok for those days.

Let me know its ok
