Round covers Bristol. Avail from Jan 08.
Established for 4 years. Excellent round all good payers. Turnover average £1000/week on 4 weekly rota. 90% domestic work. Trad method. All equipment included in sale. Two men earn avg £35-£40 per hour on 4 day week.
Over 450 customers, plus regular gutter and conserv. roof cleaning (normally cash work), and £1000 worth of customers by appointment.
Turnover 05-06 = £37,022
Turnover 06-07 = £46,754
Massive potential for expansion. Prices due for increase on 75% of round.
Selling round to take employed position in office.
