Title: does anyone know

basically ive put a tank in the van and im using the trolley as a van system, i have heard split reley (i think) to charge the battery up in the van,
i want to charge the battery on the trolley in the van, how do i do this?
what do i need?
and does there have to be certin amps/volts?
and have you got a diagram on how to set up?
as much info as possable
