Hi Guys,

Dear Sir / Madam,
I would like to introduce our company, “xxxxxx”, and enquire if we could supply you with a no obligation quote, or tender, for cleaning your windows. We are Council registered and have full public liability insurance.
We use a water fed pole system with 100% pure filtered water which provides a more thorough clean then the traditional methods; With Water Fed Pole there are no drips, no streaks, no margins, and there is no mess. Since the water used is 100% free of anything, the water dries leaving no trace behind. This system leaves your property’s windows looking brand new.
When using the Water Fed Pole, window cleaners can do a better job cleaning the windows than a conventional window cleaning company. Not only is it safer, faster, and cheaper it allows more privacy and the quality of the work is better with a Water Fed Pole.
We can also reach with ease previously inaccessible aspects of your property without the use of ladders.
The Water-Fed Pole System is environmentally friendly and eliminates the need for harmful chemicals and detergents, as it uses 100% pure filtered water.
Please do not hesitate to contact us should we be able to help or advise further.
I hope that we may be of assistance to you, now or in the future.
Yours Faithfully

Forgot to add - Post letter, then follow it up with a telephone call a couple of days later.
With commercial companies, it's best to address it to 'The Manager' or 'The Owner'. However getting to speak to the decision maker when you call can be difficult sometimes.
If you get a negative response, ask that they keep your details on file for future reference.
Good Luck ;D
Dave.
