definately advertise in the job centre and arrange a day of interviewing thats what i do and make your decision at the end of the day you can also have a laugh at the numpties who are there because the job centre will take thier giros away ;D ;D

the job center is very helpful and a free service.I get all my staff through the job center.Have had some no starters etc but to be expected. All in all a good way to find staff. The staff that I have now are all recruited through job center :)
The best thing is that it's free advice and adverts and probs the most recognized place for people wanting a job especially for something like cleaning to go and look.
Well done with your 70k contract ;D I started commercial work in much the same way, got offered some big contracts, too much for myself to handle and just learned on job.Be sure to get all the info regarding staff break entitlements, minimum wage and holiday entitlement and you will have to register for paye with tax office.Goodluck x

I got two excellent girls from the Job Centre. Free service and very helpful. I had my first phone call within five minutes of the advert being placed, with another call within half an hour.

All in all, I had about a dozen phone calls and filled my vacancies in a fortnight.

Recommended.

Hi

Ring 0845 601 2001, Employers Direct they place all adverts for job centres. You will need to know postcodes of where staff will be working, they use this to place job advert in correct job centre
